1. Introduction

Welcome to Managing Outcomes Cleaning Service. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service govern your use of our cleaning services and form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and us (“Managing Outcomes Cleaning Service”, “we”, or “our”).

2. Services Offered

We provide a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning
  • Commercial and office cleaning
  • End of tenancy cleaning
  • Airbnb/short-let cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Industrial and specialist cleaning

The scope of services will be confirmed in writing or over email/text before each booking.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.

4. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property due to client-related issues (e.g. no key, incorrect address), a call-out fee may apply.

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfers, online payments, and cash (upon prior arrangement).
  • Invoices for commercial clients are due within 7–14 days, depending on terms agreed.
  • Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean. We will return to resolve the issue at no additional cost. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion after a follow-up clean.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment (e.g., no hazardous conditions)
  • Notify us in advance of any sensitive or fragile items
  • Ensure pets are secured if needed
  • Communicate any special requirements or allergies ahead of time

8. Damage & Liability

While we take great care with your property, accidents can occasionally happen.

  • Any damage caused directly by our team must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item(s), up to the value of the booking.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty fixtures, or items not disclosed to us.

9. Health & Safety

We use professional-grade cleaning equipment and safe, non-toxic products. If you have allergies or product preferences, please inform us in advance. All our staff follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a property is deemed unsafe, if there is abuse (verbal or physical) toward staff, or if conditions violate our policies.

11. Privacy Policy

All personal information shared with us is treated as confidential and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with your consent.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.
