We were contacted by a busy Airbnb host managing a luxury one-bedroom apartment in Canary Wharf. The property receives back-to-back bookings, so quick, reliable, and hotel-standard cleaning was essential to keep guests satisfied and reviews glowing.
Our cleaning team provided same-day turnaround services, including full room cleaning, fresh linen and towel change (host-supplied), kitchen and bathroom disinfection, rubbish removal, and restocking of guest essentials like toiletries and tea.
The client requested a consistent checklist and visual verification after each visit. We delivered just that, with photo updates and time-stamped reports sent after every clean. This helped the host maintain their Superhost status and increase rebooking rates.
