Project Overview
Rosegate Medical Centre, a busy outpatient facility in Birmingham, needed a specialist cleaning provider with healthcare experience. The centre serves over 100 patients daily, including immunocompromised individuals, so hygiene, compliance, and reliability were non-negotiable.
Our healthcare-trained team was deployed for daily cleaning before clinic hours. We provided full sanitisation of examination rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, reception counters, and high-touch surfaces. Colour-coded equipment and hospital-grade disinfectants were used throughout.
We followed CQC and NHS cleaning guidelines, maintained daily logs, and conducted regular audits to ensure full compliance. The centre also requested additional deep cleans during flu season, which we handled with flexibility and minimal disruption.
